Film concert: El puño de hierro (México, 1927), premiering my live solo piano music

In 2017, Ensamble Cine Mudo Mudo Cinema Ensemble arranged and premiered an improvised score, for the digital restoration of that 1927 Mexican film jewel of gangster vs. charros and much more, filmed in Orizaba. Filmoteca UNAM and AMACC commissioned us a trio version premiered live. The Seminario de Cultura Mexicana has asked me to play a piano reduction of the same work. So, do we have a meeting in Polanco this Wednesday?

Spanish translation of Made with Creative Commons! Our CC Chapter presentation at FIL Mineria

Published in 2016, the book Made with Creative Commons by English speakers Paul Stacey and Sarah Hinchliff Pearson presented a set of success stories in the use of these famous permissive licenses. A coordinated effort leaded by Gunnar Wolf, Creative Commons Mexico Chapter and the fabulous National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), we just presented an Spanish version of the book today.
